What to Include in Your Request

Help us help you faster. When reaching out, include:

Booking ID

Found in your booking confirmation or dashboard. This lets us pull up your transaction instantly.

Screenshots

Of the issue, error message, or relevant conversation. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Clear Description

What happened, what you expected, and what went wrong. The more context you give us upfront, the faster we resolve it.

Device and Browser

If it's a technical issue, tell us what you're using (e.g., "Chrome on Android 14"). This helps us reproduce and fix the problem.

Urgent

Urgent Issues

Some problems can't wait. If you're dealing with any of the following during an active rental, flag it as urgent.

  • Safety concern with equipment or a user
  • Item not available at pickup despite confirmed booking
  • Payment charged incorrectly or duplicate charge
  • Account compromised or suspicious activity
  • Active dispute that needs immediate mediation

For urgent issues, use in-app messaging and mark the conversation as “Urgent,” or email support@pahiram.ph with [URGENT] in the subject line.
