Full-Stack Engineer
Build the platform from the ground up. You'll work across our NestJS backend and Next.js frontend, owning features end to end — from database schema to deployed UI. We write tests first, ship fast, and care deeply about code quality. If you're comfortable across the stack and excited about building marketplace infrastructure, this is it.
Community Manager
You're the bridge between Pahiram and our users. You'll onboard lenders, gather feedback, manage social media, and make sure our community feels heard. Ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and can turn user frustration into product insight.
Operations Lead
Own the messy middle: logistics, partner onboarding, KYC processes, dispute resolution workflows. You'll build the operational playbook from scratch. Perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves making systems out of chaos.
Product Designer
Design for Filipinos, not personas. You'll own the end-to-end experience — research, wireframes, prototypes, final UI. We need someone who can make complex marketplace flows feel simple, and who isn't precious about shipping fast and iterating.
