Simple Commission Model
Pahiram operates on a commission model. There are no monthly subscriptions, no setup fees, and no listing fees. The platform takes a percentage of each successful rental transaction — that's it.
If you don't rent, you don't pay. Simple.
For Lenders
When a renter pays PHP 5,000 for a rental, the platform commission is deducted and the rest goes directly to you. Payouts are processed automatically — no invoicing, no chasing payments.
For Renters
You'll see the item price plus the service fee clearly broken down before you confirm any booking. No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payouts are processed within a few business days after the rental completes and both parties confirm the return. Funds go to your selected payout method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer).
If a booking is cancelled before the rental period starts, the renter receives a refund according to the cancellation policy. No commission is charged on cancelled bookings.
No. The commission rate and service fee are the only charges. Both are clearly displayed before any transaction is confirmed. What you see is what you pay.
